New Year Update 01/07/22

First off, Happy New Year!

A quick update on where we stand. We are currently still working hard on the update. A combination of items have delayed our Go-Live including:

• Holidays

• People getting sick (darn COVID is everywhere)

• Implementation hiccups

To help speed things up, we have decided to bring in some temporary outside help to assist us on getting us across the finish line.

I really do appreciate everyone’s patience as I know this is taking a lot longer than initially expected. I would have loved to have ComputeHub 2.0 running in November, but the overall implementation has taken a lot longer than we anticipated. We are a small team with limited resources, so we can’t just throw more resources at the problem to get it done quicker—we have to work with the resources we have and make sure everything is working correctly and no corners are cut.

At the end of the day, when ComputeHub 2.0 rolls out, it will be a better, more improved cloud computing platform than the original in the following ways:

• More stable

• Cleaner interface

• Quicker path to platform enhancements

I plan on providing an update here by the end of next week—as I should have a good idea of how close we are to going live. Please check back in towards the end of next week for another update.
