Update to Free Trial Credit

First off, thank you to everyone who has tried out the ComputeHub platform. Your feedback continues to drive our development roadmap and please continue to let us know what you would like to see from our cloud computing platform.

We believe in the free trial credit as a way for you to try out our service with no obligations. We know that we need to build credibility as a business, and we can’t do so without offering you a chance to use our platform for free for a period of time.

However, due to a few bad actors, we have had to restructure how our free trial credit works. We are not going away from the free credit, but have changed how it allocates. Starting today, all new users will receive a small free trial credit at signup prior to billing details entry. As soon as you provide your billing details (such as a valid credit card), you will receive the larger free trial credit.

Unfortuantely, we had no choice but to go this route due to people abusing the system. We feel that the smaller initial credit will still give you enough time to play around in ComputeHub before deciding if you want some additional free credit by providing your billing details. This structure feels like a good compromise between what we had before and requiring billing details at front at signup, which is something we have been against doing from the start.
